When I'm trying to login to the ER or CM, I receive an error - The ER Server cannot connect to the database. I have check all the services, I also rebooted. I have confirmed I can login with the same credentials to SSMS.
From the Database Wizard chose connect / upgrade database
Let it run and in the end export the encryption key
The connectivity will be restored with the database at this point
