When trying to Add a new object to a Publication using "Add Objects.." it is not found. You also cannot find it when running an LDAP query using the Additional Filter. The object(s) are also not published when part of an OU or Group.
If you previously published this object(s) but you notice "<AD Sender> (30900) Collection <Publication_Name>: Removed objects" being sent to your subscribers.
1. The object(s) is hidden from the Global Address List.
2. The object(s) was hidden from the Global Address list after it was published.
3. The object(s) are not mail-enabled.
Note: Collaboration Services does not publish Non mail-enabled objects.
Ensure the object(s) you are publishing are not hidden from the Global Address List and is Mail-enabled. If it is hidden then unhide it from the GAL otherwise Collaboration Services will not find it.
