We are attempting to run Stage 2 for an EV to O365 Archive migration. The Stage 2 run fails with the following error: "Cannot create EWS connection info, Office365OAuthCredentials configuration is empty or credential is not valid." We have the OAuth registered app configured in the Credential Editor.
The certification required for communication may not imported.
In the "Credentials manager" for Archive Shuttle setup the Azure connection test. Be sure the certificate is imported to the AS console server, and any other server that will be used to communicate to Azure. Import the certificate to the Root Store. Retest to resolve the issue.
