How to configuring Fglam to use SSL - Including use of 3rd Party Certificates?
This solution will help solve errors seen in the Fglam log, when the FMS is using a 3rd Party SSL certificate, and the errors in the Fglam log read:
2011-11-07 09:56:21.458 ERROR Error transmitting message to upstream server "https://myserver.com:8443".
2011-11-07 09:56:35.473 WARN The server's SSL certificate indicates that its expected host name is different than the host name of the management server. This could indicate a potential man-in-the-middle attack or an incorrect SSL certificate on the server. If you have manually verified that the server being connected to is, in fact, correct then you can use the "ssl-cert-common-name" configuration property to override this check.
