DOT NET Request data CDT throws a null pointer exception (4354697)

When nexus is restarted, IIS agents are connected and collecting request data. But in some instances, data is missing from DOT NET transaction agent that results in CDT error in the Foglight Management Server logs as given below:

The value operated on by a set action must be a TopologyObject if a path is specified.
