Description
DOTNET agent fails to start the application pool. The following ERROR can be found in the agent logs:

Cause
Application pool was down.

Resolution
1. Ensure that the host is up and running
2. Application pool is started

Additional Information
To enable data to be collected. Application pool should have traffic generated once the requests have been hit.
