User Preferences "Time Range" ignored by Databases > Oracle Instance Homepage

Resolution
When entering the "homepage" of an instance the time range is being set to "last 1 hour", as the dashboard is intended for real-time monitoring. In our next release, the "homepage" would be replace with a "welcome" dashboard which will have both real-time and history sections.
