Unable to upgrade database during FMS upgrade -
Description
When upgrading from FMS 5.5.5 to 5.5.8 an error occurs while upgrading the database with a message to start the FMS with the option -Dfoglight.database.upgrade=true.

Cause
The install log showed the following error for all files in the lib directory:
Install File: E:\Quest_Software\Foglight\lib\quest-common.jar
Status: ERROR
Additional Notes: ERROR - ZeroGpl: E:\Quest_Software\Foglight\lib\quest-common.jar (Access is denied)

Resolution
1) Restored the lib directory from another Windows 5.5.8 install.
2) Ran the following command to finish the DB upgrade :
FGLHOME/bin/fms -Dfoglight.database.upgrade=true
