Error: No such file or directory - when creating a Script Agent -

Foglight 5.5.8
Linux 2.6.18-274.3.1I developed a Script Agent, it is deployed using a ZIP file. It works fine at my windows sand box, deploying the script on customer environment (Linux) I got an error at the GUI: END_UNKNOWN.
Reviewing the Logs, I get the following exception:2011-09-19 17:59:10.181 WARN [AnonymousTask:162875313713164767501401] com.quest.nitro.service.taskmanager.TaskRunnable - Exception while running
java.io.FileNotFoundException: /tmp/upload__af1b1d_123456d7d89__1ffd_00000000.tmp (No such file or directory)

Resolution
Upgrading to v5.6.2 resolves this error.

Additional Information
We replicated this on Foglight v5.5.4.2, v5.5.8 & v5.5.8.1
We did not find a specific bug number but apparently it is fixed in v5.6.2 as we did not receive the same error in that version
