Why would these messages keep repeating throughout the logs?

The FMS version is 5.5.5.x which is not credential enabled.
The FglAm 5.5.5.4 which was released with 5.5.8 FMS is compatible with a 5.5.5 FMS but one will receive these messages in the FMS logs until it is updated to 5.5.8.
These are harmless messages in the FMS log. They occur on a 5.5.5 FMS with FglAM 5.5.5.4.
Each time the FglAdapter gets these type of requests, the CredentialService msg appears.
RESOLUTION: Update the FMS to 5.5.8 or higher.
