A customization could be made to the Oracle alarm to exclude specific schemas and invalid packages from the alarms/rules.
Unlike other rules, the primary concern with the database alarms is that once the delivered rules are customized in Rules Management they can be brought out of sync with the Administration panel for the Agent (Global Administration). Depending on the extent of the customization they can limit functionality for configuring the rules (thresholds, email addresses) using the agent's admin panel. Requiring further customization to add EmailActions (for example).
Our recommendation would be to copy any delivered rules to a new custom rule, and then customize that copy. This will prevent your customizations from being overwritten in cartridge upgrades. This however would also make configuration via the Administration panel unavailable.
