Error "Agent configuration failed" occurs when creating a new Oracle agent -
Description
When attempting to install a new Oracle agent for the 5.6.10.1 DBO cartridge, a popup with the following message appears:
Failed to monitor FGLAM_NAME-HOSTNAME
Agent configuration failedThe details include the following message:
com.quest.qsi.fason.framework.installer.exceptions.InstallerServiceException: Failed to prepare Installer agent Oracle-Installer on FglAM FGLAM_NAME Reason: Failed to deploy HostAgents on FglAM FGLAM_NAME.
The FMS log is also filled with the following message
No transform configured for node "instanceCount". Cause
The 5.6.10.1 Oracle components were installed with the components:
- Cartridge: DB_Oracle-5.6.10.1 has been installed.
- Cartridge: DB_Oracle_UI-5.6.10.1 has been installed.
- Cartridge: DB_Global_View_UI-5.6.10.1 has been installed.
- Cartridge: IntelliProfile-5.6.5.6 has been installed.
- Cartridge: Infrastructure-5.6.5 has been installed.
- Cartridge: HostAgents-5.6.5 has been installed.
When installing the 5.6.10.1 Oracle cartridge, the earlier version of the HostAgents cartridge was selected, this caused the 5.6.5 HostAgents to be installed and activated, deactivating the 5.6.11 agent.
The messages in the FMS log were caused by the Foglight Agent Managers continuing to report back to the FMS using the previously enabled 5.6.11 HostAgents cartridge.

Resolution
Re-enable the newer 5.6.11 (or higher) HostAgents cartridge in the Cartridge Inventory
