ERROR: "Unable to retrieve Report Template. Report "null" will be included in the view." (4267430)

When trying to generate a DB2 LUW report based on the existing templates in Foglight, an error is received in the PDF output file and all the charts in the PDF are blank.

The error message in the PDF report states:
"An error has occurred. Please check your logs."

This is the corresponding error message in the logs:

WARN [http-0.0.0.0-8080-33] com.quest.nitro.webconsole.reporting.GetReportsQuery - Unable to retrieve Report Template. Report "null" will be included in the view.

When generating the next report, please use the advanced options to ensure that the correct information is selected. Following the steps:

1. Go to "Reports"
2. Go to "Templates by module"
3. Select the "DB2 Workload report"
4. Select the “Host” portion and click "Show Advanced" in the pop up box
5. Drill down into "Data - DB2 - DB2 Instances - " as shown in the attached screen shot
6. Once this is selected, drill down to the "host" property and make sure that the correct instance selected by looking at the long name and select the "host" property as shown in the screen shot
7. Once this is done and the host is selected, repeat for the instance and database categories.
8. For the databases category, drill down into "db2 - db2 instances - - databases - "
