AppMonitor agent reports the working process as down, but the process is up and running.
If the agent is configured properly and the name of the process is specified properly the issue can be related to the way how the names of the processes are displayed in Windows Task manager.
Problem usually happens on the 64-bit systems
To resolve this issue it is necessary to specify the process name without the extention ".exe" .
For example if task manager (on the box where monitored process exists) shows the process "explorer.exe" it is necessary to set "explorer" as the name of the process in the agent's settings.
