After we upgraded our APM's FMS from version 5.6.5 to version 5.6.10, the installation of the EndUser-5_9_3.car cartridge failed with error below: (also, refer to the attached screenshot of the error)
"Could not complete the requested operation, with the following mesages:
java.io.IOException: error=2, No such file or directory"
Strictly speaking, the error happened not at the step of installing the cartridge, but at the next step when we tried to enable the version 5.6.7 EU-Core cartridge (the EU-Core cartridge is contained within the EndUser-5_9_3.car cartridge and gets installed by it). The EU-Core cartridge was successfully installed, but not successfully enabled. We had the 'enable after installation' checkbox checked though so it still appears that the problem is actually on the install.
Unknown. Looks like the upgrade somehow left something dirty in the system. Some kind of inconsistent state across the two versions.
