Report menu does not work.
After generating the Support Bundle the Performance Report is empy - file has the size 0kB
The server is returning http 404 not found - the problem is likely caused by some wcf files got deleted.
It is necessary to disable and re-enable the WCF cartridges and the Branding cartridge to correct this problem.
The steps are:
1. Go to Administration | Cartridges
2. Go to the Core type filter and set All Cartridges
3. Set "WCF" in the filter by name
Two cartridges: Core-WCF-Tasks and WCF-Common should be displayed..
4. Disable both cartridges and enable them
5. Clear the filter and find "FoglightBranding" cartridge
6. Disable and enable it.
7. Go to Reports and check if they work.
