How can an unresponsive VM be detected, e.g. a windows server with blue screen.

Resolution
The "VMW Virtual Machine VMware Tools" alarm will fire for a blue-screened VM. However, this alarm is also fired for all VM with VMware tools issues, so all VM's will have to be kept up to date for this to be an effective indicator.
