LDAP user is assigned to a group that had been removed previously. Previously deleted group and assigned roles are recreated.

Group and roles may have lingered in the repository.

Locate and remove the problem group and roles via command-line console.

2. Deleting Group(s) <Foglight_Home>\bin\fglcmd-usr <username> -pwd <password> -cmd security:deletegroup -groupname <problem group>
