How to disable Datastore inventory and metrics collection in Foglight?
Answer

To disable topology and performance (metrics) collections from Datastores, please grant no-access role to individual Datastore in vSphere to the agent account used by VMware Performance agent.

IMPORTANT: Ensure to Uncheck the box to "propagate" the Role to child objects. (Please refer to VMware documentation for additional help)
