The following error is found in the database agent log for the 7.3.2.10 through 7.3.2.15 versions of Oracle agent.
Sample error from DB agent log:

Permissions script issue
Workaround
Installed the attached 7.3.2.16 version of the Oracle cartridge to the FMS and then deploy the cartridge to the FglAMs. Users must be logged into Supportlink to download the cartridge from this Knowledgebase article.
Contact Support for a Foglight 8.0 version of the cartridge.
Status
This issue has been been logged as defect FOG-11473 and will be fixed in a future release of the Oracle cartridge.
