When a SQL Server monitors the instance which has database set up as a replica of the AlwaysOn group. When the AlwaysOn group performs a failover, then the monitored instance will report two alarms with the same messages about the failover. The two alarms have the same messages, the only difference between them is the object.
These are two alarms from the same agent for two different instances and not two alarms for the same instance. this is working as designed since both instances changed their role.
