The problem is the agent with agentID=123 is obsolete, and a new agent object had been created on the FMS with agentID=124

CAUSE 2

Code changes from RMI to Callbacks in Foglight 7.1

RESOLUTION 1   (MOST COMMON)

1. Navigate to Administration | Cartridges | Cartridge Inventory
2. Select the DB_SQL_Server and DB_SQL_Server_UI cartridges for a SQL Server issue, or DB_Oracle and DB_Oracle_UI cartridge for an Oracle issue
3. Disable the cartridges
4. Enable the cartridges
5. Retry viewing the Sessions in the database agent

If workload of Global View databases is missing for the database agent, restart the FMS.

RESOLUTION 2

1. Open Databases | Support Dashboard > Database technical Support
2. Switch between the DB types tabs (e.g. Oracle or SQL Server accordingly)
3. Click on Clear Agent data
4. Highlight the agent which is missing from Database Dashboard and has topology duplication
5. Click on the Delete button
6. Click on Clear Agent Model Data
7. Highlight the agent which is missing from Database Dashboard and has topology duplication
8. Click on the Delete button

In version 6.3 and 7.3 the FMS may have to be restarted for the database agent to appear once again in the Global View dashboard due to issue ISMTS-309.

RESOLUTION 3

1. Navigate to Administration | Rules & Notifications | Manage Registry Variables
2. Type RMI in the search box and click DBWC_Use_Callback_Instead_RMI | View and Edit Details
3. Click the Change button in Global Default and choose the False radio button under Select boolean value
4. Retry viewing the Sessions in the database agent
