Description
When migrating from SharePoint Online to SharePoint Online migration fails with error:

Cause
Cached credentials in Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge. -
Resolution
a) Clear Internet cache (Internet Explorer and Edge) and Remove/Add the connection in Essentials for O365.
Or
b) If MFA is enabled, connect to the SharePoint Site using "Claims" option:
