Unable to load SQL Server OLEDB provider resource DLL. The application cannot continue

Symptoms:

Error appears when trying to Export an objects to XML.

* Following the steps below may help to resolve the issue. *

Open 'My Computer'

Navigate to C:\program files\common files\system\ole DB

Check that the following files are listed: SQLOLEDB.RLL and SQLOLEDB.DLL

copy the files from another machine with similar version and replace on affected machine
