Get error: 'ORA-00942: table or view does not exist' when initializing an Oracle Mart. Why? (4310669)

Description: 

I am trying to Initialize an Oracle Mart.  When I click the drop down for the Mart Role, Table Tablespace, or Index Tablespace I get the error ORA-00942: table or view does not exist. Why?

Solution:

1. Make sure that you filled in the fields in the Configure MartServer window appropriately.
2. Try restarting the mart server service (or the mart server).
3. Make sure all the privileges are in place as per the manual ERwin® Data Modeler Workgroup Edition Implementation and Administration Guide
