Database server can't be contacted
Description

After upgrade EWP and restart Service, I am getting error " Database server can't be contacted"
Cause

This is due to

a) connection information stored in application is no longer valid

b) cache information stored in browser with invalid connection credential login
Resolution

Workaround:

Go to EWP installation directory and open mm.conf. Properties file

empty values for the connection to :

# Database connection

db.connection.url=

db.connection.user=

db.connection.password=

Save mm. conf.Properties file and restart service again

When relaunch the URL, it will force user to enter the database connection parameter to restart the database connection
