After applying the MAC address standard edition license, when I launch erwin I get the error,
"Error Code : 7 (-1,359,2) CA ERwin Data Modeler could not be obtained. The Application will shut down"
Solution:
When launching erwin, There are three options:
NOTE: the first option 'Use local license' is for when you have a local MAC Address license, which is a license file you copied to your computer, including standard edition or workgroup edition.
The second or third option is for a Licensing Server License.
Please choose Use Local license if there is no licensing server setup on a server machine in your organization.
* The license server is an 'add on' additional product for CA ERwin DM. For more information on the server based licensing, please see your salesperson.
