Resolution
Question:
When harvesting metadata from the model mart. I right-click on a folder or file to start, I get an error message as follows:
Unexpected end of file from server; nested exception is: java.net.SocketException: Unexpected end of file from server
Steps to resolve:
a) stop Web Portal service from control panel |services and restart the service again
b) go to Tools | Administration | Tab on server
make sure server is pointing to the right one
correct the server name if this is not the right one
