Description:
When attempting to configure a r9 Mart Server hosted on SQL Server DBMS the following error occurred: ERwin Mart Configuration, Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately. This implementation is not part of the Windows Platform FIPS validated cryptographic algorithms.
Solution:
Disable the FIPS encryption. Use the Group Policy Editor to do that.
Run gpedit.msc and disable System cryptography: Use FIPS compliant algorithms for encryption, hashing, and signing (which maybe found under Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\Security Options)
NOTE: the Configure MartServer window stores its data in an XML file named MartConfiguration.config and that is usually located in the folder C:\ProgramData\CA\ERwin Mart Server\
