Solution:
1. Go to menu bar and click Diagram.
2. Select Layout
3. Select Reset Objects to Automatic sizingIf you want to only automatically resize an individual table, you can highlight the table and right mouse click to get the drop down list. Then select Reset Object to Automatic Resizing.
