Resolution
Description:
After implementing SSL on the Web Portal, harvesting models fails with the below error. This affects both importing local erwin files and models from Mart.
"400 Bad Request, This combination of host and port requires TLS."
Solution:
After implementing SSL on Web Portal, you need to update the "Manage Servers" configuration to reflect the new https URL. Here are the steps:
1. Log in with Web Portal admin account
2. Go to MANAGE -> Servers
3. Update the "Default Server" URL from http to https and save changes.
Import should now succeed.
