Error:
It is usually caused by incorrect xml characters being copied into the license field, this can happen when the code is copied and pasted from an email or webpage.
Solution:
1. Retrieve the correct 18 digit license key from NetSuite by looking up customer's sales order number.
2. Go to licensing folder, clear all contents in the folder.

3. On the first page (licensing page) enter the 18 digit license key manually.
