Description
On the Details page for any file, clicking the "Who has direct or indirect access permissions on this folder" action link in the left pane may cause an error.

Cause
This error occurs only if the Enterprise Reporter connector is enabled in IT Security Search and connected to an Enterprise Reporter 3.2.1 database. -
Resolution
1) Install IT Security Search 11.4.1 (available at https://support.quest.com/it-security-search/11.4.1/download-new-releases).2) Install IT Security Search Update 3 (available at https://support.quest.com/it-security-search/11.4.1/download-new-releases). -
