Reason : Invalid storage appliance memory configuration.

Cause
Check the sys.config from the basic log or dset for the memory size should total approximately 48 GB. This particular system had 44 GB, and the DR is expecting 48 GB. Resolution
Ultimately the 4GB DIMM needs to be replaced by a 8GB DIMM. Setup dispatch with dset and include snippet of memory misconfiguration
