Cause
Use Cases:
- Usually the result after replacing a part and updating it's firmware, such as NVRAM card
- After running system --upgrade from the command line to update the firmware after a part replacement, the system may recover in this mode.
- There was a cold boot of the DR or power outage and the DR restarted in this mode

Resolution
Access the system using SSH and execute the following commands in sequence:
maintenance --filesystem --start_scan
If output indicates files needing repair, proceed with the rest of the commands
maintenance –filesystem --scan_status
maintenance –filesystem --scan_report
maintenance –filesystem --repair_now
maintenance –filesystem --repair_status
