Resolution
Open Directory Sync.Portal (The assumption is the product has been properly installed per our product documentation Binary Tree Directory Sync Pro for Notes 20.11 Requirements and Installation Guide)
Click the Hamburger menu in upper right corner
Under 'Settings'
Clicks 'Licenses'
Click the 'Add License' button
