1. Cancel the existing running profiles, by right-clicking on each profile and selecting 'Cancel'
2. Click on the hamburger menu within the Directory Sync Pro UI and select Nodes, select each node, deactivate and remove the nodes from the UI
4. Exit DirSync Pro and restart the Binary Tree Dirsync service within the Windows Services applet
5. Launch DirSync Pro(new node will be added) and sync again.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, the VM server may need to be rebuilt, or try installing our product on another machine.
