ADPro: ReACL failed with error - "NetShareEnum: The Server Service is not started" (4315403)

Issue 

ReACL observed error when processing Shared Folder and Printer Shares with the below sample error:

2016/05/04 10:09:25.155,Error,LmDirectoryShareUpdater,Unable to process Directory Shares,"System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): NetShareEnum: The Server service is not started

   at BinaryTree.ADMigrator.ReACL.Lib.LmShareMgr.

   at BinaryTree.ADMigrator.ReACL.Engine.LmDirectoryShareUpdater.UpdateShares(Mode mode, UpdateStats stats)"

Cause

This issue may occur when the Server service is not running or is not installed.

Solution

Please ensure the Server Service is running by checking it under Services.msc Snap-in.
