When performing a synchronization from Domino to Active Directory, certain objects do not properly synchronize and return the following error:
The server cannot handle directory requests. This may mean the default password violated the constraints on the target -
Cause
Default password does not meet the password policy requirements of the target Active Directory

Resolution
This error usually happens when the default password in the synchronization profile doesn’t meet Target Active Directory password policy requirements.
Make sure the default password follows your Target Active Directory password policy. If the password includes any part of the object's name (like numbers or words from the display name), it may cause the sync to fail.

Object not syncing properly:
201 Large Conference Room
In this case, the number 201 appears in both the password and the object's name, which can lead to a failure.
To fix this, change the default password so that it doesn't contain any part of the object's name, allowing it to sync successfully.
