Mapping Author column to Person or Group column defaults to System Account (4341847)

Symptom

When mapping a source document's Author column to a target SharePoint library's Person or Group column type in Content Matrix Console - File Share Edition, instead of populating the username on the target column, the column defaults to the System Account.

This is caused by the name formatting that SharePoint expects, based on the target SharePoint library's Person or Group column type. Sometimes, the name format for the Author column on the source is changed (either manually or not) to "Firstname Lastname" display name. This will not work for the Person or Group column type on SharePoint. 

The solution is to always have the source Author column in the standard Windows Active Directory format of domain\username.
