Link correction does not work within documents (4314625)

A site has several libraries containing Microsoft Office documents (e.g. Word, Excel, etc.) that contain links to other documents within the site collection. After migration to a new site collection, the links are still pointing to the old site.

Content Matrix does not support link correction inside of any documents stored in SharePoint. This includes all Microsoft Office document types.

As a workaround, you may be able to use PowerShell to correct these links after migration. For additional information, please click here.
