Description
A SharePoint Designer workflow was copied as part of a full site migration, but it is not starting properly on the target document library.

Cause
The target workflow may not be pointing to a Workflow Tasks list or it may be pointing to the wrong one, instead.

Resolution
- Edit the workflow in SharePoint Designer.
- Choose the correct Workflow Tasks list from the drop-down.
- Re-publish the workflow.
