Email Notification setting is incorrect after migration (4311561)

We have a Tasks list in our source environment, which send email notifications to users when new tasks are assigned to them. After we migrate the list, the users are no longer receiving the notifications.

There is a setting in the list called E-Mail Notifications. When set to "Yes", the users are emailed when new items are assigned to them. This is only available when Outgoing Email is enabled on the farm.

By design, Content Matrix does not enable the said setting during migration. In fact, it intentionally sets it to "No". This is to prevent users from receiving potentially thousands of emails during the migration as each item is added to the target Tasks list.

This PowerShell script can be run to change the setting at the post-migration stage. Note that this script runs through the entire site collection and sets the E-Mail Notification setting to "Yes" for ALL Tasks list. If this is not the desired behavior, please edit the script accordingly.
