Description
This article describes the use of a transformer to map list/library column values to new values in the target list. Mapping is applied via a mapping XML file to map source values to target values.
Some example uses of this transformer include:
- Map a lookup column to a choice column
- Map a lookup column to new lookup values
- Map SharePoint users within text fields
- Map legacy data to new data within a field
