Unable to find an object in the "Add Objects" screen when selecting objects to publish or objects do not publish when not mail enabled -
Description
When trying to Add a new object to a Publication using "Add Objects.." it is not found. You also cannot find it when running an LDAP query using the Additional Filter. The object(s) are also not published when part of an OU or Group.
If you previously published this object(s) but you notice "<AD Sender> (30900) Collection <Publication_Name>: Removed objects" being sent to your subscribers.
