After upgrading the CMN Directory Connector to 3.7, the connector shows running but no contacts are created. -
Description
After upgrading from a previous version of the Coexistence Manager for Notes (CMN) Directory Connector to version 3.7, the connector may show as running, but no contacts are created and there are no errors. -
Resolution
The following steps should resolve the issue:
1.) Open the Coexistence Management Console.
2.) Select the connector in question.
3.) Click Edit.
4.) Continue through the wizard.
5.) Click Finish.
6.) Try to run the connector again, at this point you should be prompted to save (overwrite) the existing connector.
