Description
Free Busy from Exchange to Domino is not functioning.
In the DominoFreeBusyService.exe.log file the following error is seen:

Cause
The Notes Administrator has enabled Notes Shared Login in a policy for users. The user's Notes IDs are now locked with the Windows password using the PC's SID and Microsoft's Data Protection API (DPAPI).

Resolution
Resolution 1
Create a new non-NSL-enabled Notes ID (e.g. by not applying the Security Policy to it).
Resolution 2
Create a new Notes ID to only be used from this server.
Resolution 3
Turn off NSL in the Notes Client on the CMN Free Busy server by following this IBM KB article:
