Unable to create a new Contact in Active Directory when the new user already has a User object with a SIP address for Microsoft Lync or Skype.
WORKAROUND:
1. Open the advanced settings for the created connector.
2. Click on the User tab and double click the filter name. (ex. mail, mail2)
3. Remove the "%script% NotEqual, True" from both the Provision Filters and Update Filters.
