Free/Busy lookups from Notes to Office 365 fail and Coexistence Manager for Notes (CMN) Freebusy logs show that CMN was set to use https://autodiscover-s.outlook.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml fot the endpoint that it needs to connect to for the customer's Office 365 Tennant:

This issue was cause by the CMN Server not being able to connect to or resolve https://autodiscover-s.outlook.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml
Autodiscover was failing from the CMN workstation.
WORKAROUND
Install and configure an Outlook client and let Outlook discover the correct server settings for the Office 365 tenant and then capture the EWS Endpoint that as being used by Outlook for Free/busy lookups. To do this, enable Outlook Logging in Outlook options and inspect the Outlook logs.
For this Solution the logs showed that Outlook was using https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx for Freebusy lookups.
To use this URL in CMN, open the Exchange Free/Busy settings and switch the configuration from Autodiscover Endpoint to EWS Endpoint and specify https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx as the Exchange URL.
The root cause of this problem was not determined but the workaround above proved to be stable. If the Autodiscover Endpoint is working in your configuration please continue to use that method, as recommended in the CMN User Guide.
