WORKROUND
1. Open ADSI Edit
2. Browse to Configuration | CN=Services | CN=Microsoft Exchange | CN =Organization Name | CN=Address Lists Container | CN= All Address Lists
3. Locate the words for CN=All Users on the right pane.
